By combining real estate acumen with interior and landscape design expertise, Bold-Sky will help elevate and facilitate your next sale.
HOW, you might ask?
Bold-Sky listens to your insights, prioritizes your and your client’s needs, analyzes market and design trends, presents a plan, designs spaces, and executes design strategy so that your properties exude that “fall in love factor”.
Practices include:
- Simple cost-effective design consults (easy design scenarios using what your clients already own, but re-curating the mix to maximize effect.)
- Staging services (Let me do the staging work for you! I will utilize existing furnishings & supplement with fresh elements, as needed.)
- Assess status of exterior halo-effect and address limitations by focusing on ‘biggest bang for the buck’ moments.
- Assemble teams and schedules, as needed – executing on time and within budget to help set you up for success.
To provide a little context: Staging is the art of preparing a home to appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers in your market. The right arrangements can move you into a higher price-point and help buyers fall in love, from the moment they walk through the door. Staging can transform blank walls and floors into a warm and welcoming home that buyers can relate to. The right staging can inspire buyers to realize just how valuable a home really is, and to see the potential of their life in that home unfolding with every room they explore.
Home buyers who have toured a staged home are more likely to bid and accept negotiations well-above market value. In a 2021 survey by NAR (4,600 properties), homes that were staged sold on average for $40,000 over list price. They also sold an average of nine days faster than unstaged homes—even in a hot housing market. RESA found that investing 1.3% in staging results in an average of 7.1% over-list returns.
In short, I’m here to help support you in doing what you do best . . . . selling & buying homes for your inner circles!
